What was really bad was that people would keep these exotic animals as pets, whether legal or not, for just a short time. Then, when they became too much to handle, they would just drive out (sometimes not even more than a block from their house) and release them into yards. Large snakes, alligators and jungle cats would terrorize citizens out of fear and animal control would often come and take the animal, or sometimes scared citizens would put it down, through no fault of the animal (or citizen). It's good to hear more people talking about this problem.Joseph Kramerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08244270930048301764noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1119635873985830516.post-43427491167316965392013-09-25T20:01:28.244-07:002013-09-25T20:01:28.244-07:00I have heard about this before. I was unsure of the truth behind it, because the person that explained this to me wasn't a very reliable source. I am sad to hear this is happening, but I am glad to know that the information I received many moons ago was not false information.Blake Boardmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04243767229512931135noreply@blogger.com
